On Vacation (kind of)
I will have my computer, but probably no real updates here until around 1/18. The Debris Field also will not be updated with news, but I likely will be posting photos and updates on what I am up to there.
Where am I?
It occurs to me that since I can’t put personal widgets here on wordpress that I should take some time and let you know some of the other places I write and hang out at.
I have bunches of blogs on blogger which you can find in my blogger profile.
I am also the blog mistress and sometimes post at the official UFO Magazine blog. There you will find posts by a variety of UFO magazine columnists and publishers Bill and Nancy Birnes.
I write a weekly column called Grey Matters at Binnall of America.
I also can be found at myspace, twitter and…

and likely a few other places that are slipping my mind right now.
Psychotherapy and a New Society
In this brilliant audio interview, Dr. Neal Goldsmith discusses psychedelics, psychotherapy, and the emergence of an integral society. Dr. Neal Goldsmith is a psychotherapist with a practice in New York City and Sag Harbor, New York.
Stormy Weather: Latest Episode
Picks up the debate on synchromysticism and the difference between animism and mysticism, answering questions from anonymous:
“What does it feel like when the very trees and fields are alive and interacting with one? How does one tell when one has made ‘contact.’ How does one know one isn’t simply crazy??”
I discuss the bicameral mind, the parallels (and differences) between schizophrenia and shamanic consciousness, and ways to open a dialogue with the environment and mine our day-to-day life for symbolic meanings.
